Along with a strong background in marketing and client partnerships, Jim has hands-on experience in specialty coating and pump and motor repair—giving him a deep understanding of our industry and customer needs. He brings extensive expertise in sales and business development, along with more than a decade of hands-on work in specialty coating and pump and motor repairs. This rich practical experience, paired with his commitment to listening closely and always delivering more than promised, Coleman ensures each project benefits from proactive, practical solutions and service.

FOUNDER AND SALES

Stu is the founder of BMI Mechanical, building the company from the ground up with vision and determination. A self-made entrepreneur and sales professional, Stu learned from legends like Brain Tracy and Napolean Hill. He’s climbed the seven highest summits on each continent of the world, reflecting his adventurous spirit and drive. In 2013, he sold BMI to his son, Coleman Peeke, and nephew, Jim Farrell. Stu is known for forging loyal, long-lasting customer relationships and delivering genuine value.

Dave serves as Outside Sales Engineer at BMI Mechanical, bringing extensive experience in sales, estimating, and customer-facing technical solutions . Known for his practical approach and strong communication skills, Dave works closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions. He supports projects from initial consultation through completion, building trusted relationships and helping ensure smooth, successful outcomes in the field.

OFFICE MANAGER

Natalie is the office manager at BMI Mechanical, bringing over 25 years of expertise in running a successful marketing and graphic design company and more than 40 years of marketing communications experience. Known for her strong organizational skills, creativity, and dedication, Natalie ensures daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. She listens closely to both clients and colleagues, fosters trusted relationships, and continually strives to deliver more than expected.

Abby serves as Administrative Assistant at BMI Mechanical, bringing over 15 years of experience in customer service, sales operations, and office administration. Known for her strong attention to detail, organization, and collaborative approach, Abby supports daily operations across departments, with a focus on sourcing and quoting. She also contributes to a welcoming workplace, adding thoughtful touches that support team morale and create a positive environment for staff and visitors alike.
